Plainland Home + Life comprises 4,700sqm of Large Format Retail to service the growing population in Plainland.

On behalf of Deluca Corporation Pty Ltd, The Development Directive prepared and lodged a development application for a Material Change of Use for a commercial centre, also known as Plainland Home + Life, in accordance with an existing preliminary approval.

The Development Directive provided in depth advice on the preliminary approval requirements and planning scheme parameters for the site, which assisted in creating a refined design for the centre and obtaining a development approval ahead of schedule.

Following lodgement of the development application, Development Directive liaised with Local and State government officer to ensure that any potential issues were resolved in an efficient manner.

The Development Directive obtained development approval for Plainland Home + Life within four months.
