Project Description

Pinnacle on Progress East is a 3.3ha Logistics Hub which consists of 13,800sqm of GFA in a strategic location with a new road access to Progress Road.

Development Directive identified the site on behalf of Garda Property Group and performed planning due diligence on the site prior to purchase. Development Directive assisted in the design concept of the development, led the preparation and management of preliminary approval and development permit applications and the successful negotiation of conditions with Brisbane City Council.

Development Directive is managing the preliminary and civil works contract for the site and future building works for Warehouses on the site.
