Project Description

The Development Directive provided town planning services for revised access and circulation arrangements at L'Oréal Groupe's purpose-built 14,533m² distribution centre within Redbank Motorway Estate. The refinements achieved clear separation of light-vehicle and heavy-vehicle movements, with a new independent light-vehicle crossover introduced for the car parking area.

The Development Directive was engaged by GTA Industrial Custodian Pty Ltd during the final detailed design stage of the distribution centre. Our town planning team worked closely with the client, traffic engineers and traffic planners to assess the proposed design refinements, preparing and managing the minor change application required to implement the revised arrangements. The result was a clearer separation between light-vehicle parking and heavy-vehicle loading and manoeuvring areas, supporting safer and more efficient vehicle movements throughout the site.
