Project Description

Development Directive provided Resumption Advisory services to assist a landowner through the Early Acquisition of their land for the Warrego Highway Mount Crosby Road Interchange Project.

We guided the client through the entire claim process — engaging the necessary consultants, coordinating expert inputs, and preparing robust supporting documentation to counter the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR). Drawing on our experience overseeing construction delivery, we were able to clearly articulate the site's complexity and value to the engaged experts, strengthening the case for fair compensation.

Central to our strategy was establishing the land's highest and best use, ensuring it was valued accordingly to secure maximum return for the client. Throughout the process, Development Directive kept the client informed of their rights and obligations, ultimately assisting them to a successful settlement through the Early Acquisition agreement.
